Regional Sales Representative (Western Kazakhstan, R&R Model)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 

1.

Establishment and Achievement of Objectives: Understands sales goals and assists company in establishing business plan. Coordinates efforts in order to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives. Reassesses objectives and obstacles with BDS/SV as necessary. Achieves annual sales targets and objectives.

2.

Sales and Marketing: Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results. Demonstrates and trains external customers on product applications. Represents business unit products and services to customers (distributers) and prospects. Provides appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors. Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitor activities, and product performance information to supervisor. Support logistics including material demand planning and other supply chain matters. Manages collection of accounts receivables. Handles and coordinates complaints. Initiates/conducts at all kind of marketing and advertising activities and events (fairs, exhibitions, seminars). Provides technical support as per business need. Maintains updated records of all business activities, contacts, addresses and customer base.

Coordination and Planning: Plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities. Works within budget guidelines.

4.

Administration: Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintains resources, and sales support materials if needed.

5.

Leadership: Develops and establishes relationships with accounts and prospects. Accepts direction as appropriate.

6.

Development: Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, and selling, administrative and other skills.

7.

Policy: Learns and applies business unit's sales policies, practices and procedures.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Sales experience in industrial / O&G business – 3-5 years

Experience in the multinational industrial company on the position of HSE engineer/specialist/ PPE procurement – preferable

PC literacy

Russian, Kazakhs, English (intermediate)

Communicative, active and dynamic

Entrepreneurial mind-set

Able to work independently (from planning to execution), negotiation and presentation skills
