Duties:

  1. Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages to Brand Manager;
  2. Implementing of marketing strategy, localizing a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand;
  3. Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met;
  4. Development of promotional activities, implementation/production, coordination: ATL (all related materials), BTL, INTERNET, INSTORE (all channels);
  5. Developing high quality and effective marketing materials. (POSM) that align correctly with the overall brand strategy;
  6. Budget planning, operation, reporting;
  7. Monthly Reports: Neilsen Track data evaluation, Sales data evaluation, Brand ;
  8. Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences;
  9. Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working as a brand manager/brand manager Assistant ideally within a similar industry min 3 years;
  2. High education;
  3. Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  4. Sociability, responsibility, creativity, availability of management skills, impeccable analytical skills, commitment;
  5. Experience of the full marketing mix is essential.

Conditions:

  1. 5 working days per week. Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
