Responsible for developing and executing the customer strategies and business plans on the category basis;
Administer and develop the relationship with our key customers in accountable categories;
Ensure 100% accuracy in customer master descriptions (product description and terms of purchase) in accountable categories;
Accurate category and brand management to provide the availability of the customer portfolio;
Plan, execute and analyze the results of detailed activity plans that are developed in line with the UL category priorities and customer profitability (QPR);
Providing detailed customer plans (MAP) applied in a very effective way at the stores, to make an agreement with the customers and sharing these with the field executives;
Closely follow and share the customer strategies and performances together with the competitor’s trends and actions to foresee the opportunities in the category;
Make sure that the budget follow-ups are carried out in line with the procedures in accountable categories;
Plan & Actualize monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets in accountable categories;
Following up and reporting the UL & Competitors’ market shares and activations in the customers in line with the UL strategies;
Visit the stores regularly 2 days in a week, and work from distributor office 1 day in a week. Report trade view & results;
On shelf price collecting twice in a week;
Routine business trips to the accountable regions.
Experience:
2-3 years Key Account Management Experience;
Magnum CC and Small & Skiff management experiences are preferable;
University Degree;
Kazakh, Russian languages (essential) & English language (advanced);
