Ensure the efficient budget allocation based on ROI, monitor on a regular basis together with Sales plans, and brand P&L and performance
Market and competitor’s analysis
Track the brand performance on a regular (monthly) basis: ananlyze data about sales, market, consumers and competitors in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses of brands, their opportunities & strenght, adjust marketing strategy and/or tactics to achieve the maximum potential of each brand.
Brand portfolio management / new product launches
Evaluate and develop the current portfolio using the market potential and drive switch from the competitors in order to grow MS. Evaluate the new products’ potential. Launch new brands: strategy elaboration, development of the detailed Launch plan, evaluate results and take steps to achieve agreed product launch tasks in cooperation with other departments (sales, registration, etc) and stakeholders
Organization and development of people
Adapt and establish the team’s structure & working procedures in order to create an effective, efficient, and functional working environment. Create a consistent Personal Development Plan for each member of the marketing team and track the results. Establish the close cooperation and ways of working with the Sales team
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
University degree with specialization in management / marketing
Higher medical or pharmaceutical education - preferably
Ensures implementation of the CVP strategy in the Customer, brand, and product management processes, and creates added value for customers through development and improvement of long-term relationship, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and development of the Country
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, the ethical code and other related lows and procedures in Kazakhstan
5 years of experience in Marketing, people development t& management
Experience in a multinational companies not less than 3 years
Not less than 3 years
English – fluent (the final interview will be hold in English)
MS Windows experienced user, SAP (as a plus)
Category В and driving experience
Result oriented, understanding of the pharmaceutical business, excellent negotiation skills, strong management skills: ability to establish the team spirit and establishing skills aimed at motivating individuals and/or groups to achieve the planned results, develop people in the marketing team
