To meet company's sales objectives / goals / targets and to ensure company's sales strategy implementation, provides and implements strategy for distribution channel (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and other trade channels)
Lead operations development in assigned area
Maintain existing customers and finding new ones
Provide the development of company operations in all channels in accordance with company policies and standards
Coordinate and control distributors’ investments in company products promotion
Properly distribute resources (human, financial, «POSm» etc.) for most effective area development
Ensure efficient implementation of the company objectives, priorities and standards in Key Accounts segment (TM standards, TM budget) through KA responsible by communicating company objectives and standards and assuring their implementation
Create and develop efficient, professional, motivated team
Implement Brands strategies
Coordinate the implementation of the marketing activities in assigned area
Set coverage targets, control POSM installation in Modern and Traditional trade channels
Sales monitoring & analysis of the products promotion using all the systems implemented in the Company (B2B, Retail monitoring, etc.)
Primary requirements:
Higher education
Languages: Armenian, Russian – fluent; English - preferred
