It will be your task to oversee and optimize the complete supply chain function for the Central Asian markets – Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Mongolia for Business Areas CT, CR :
Inventory control
Order processing
Inbound transport and customs
Warehouse management
Outbound transport and invoicing
Logistics operations in regional branches

To coordinate with/report to/fulfill business needs of the Business Areas’ Coordination meeting of Central Asia (CT, CR), which is Steering Committee for the logistics operations in Central Asia
To coordinate with the Business Areas Vice Presidents responsible for Logistics in order to use the same standards as worldwide
To ensure an optimal and transparent cost (allocation) structure
Requirements:
Higher education
3 years of relevant experience, preferably in International companies
English – upper-intermediate
Good knowledge of inventory control theory, material requirement planning and supply chain flows
Proficiency in the use of general IT tools and ERP systems in particular
A strong personality, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible & reliable
A change management driver
An excellent communicator, a driver with a balanced and flexible approach, possessing the ability to build strong relationships
A stress resistant person
A high-class motivator with natural leadership skills
