RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Activities – fulfil complete range of sales activities on the territory of countries of responsibility including preparation of Commercial Quotations, Technical Specifications and contracts negotiation;
  • Communication with Customers – meet Customers; visit Customers in countries of responsibility;
  • Work with Partners/Distributors – provide support to and assist in the development of Partners/Distributors of;
  • New Customers – expand and develop and provide support to new Customers;
  • Marketing – carry out market research, develop markets for company Products;
  • Projects – cooperate with Project Team in projects support.
    Orders – cooperate with Sales Department in orders coordination and support;
  • Exhibitions – participate in industry specific exhibitions and events;
  • Annual Business Planning –participate in the Annual Business Planning process and prepare presentation on sales activities;
  • Seminars –organize seminars on the territory of countries of responsibility and participate in seminars organized by locally; translate during seminars, if necessary;
  • Customers visits– assist Customers during their visits to the Headquarters and/or Centers;
  • Certification – to provide the support in certification of products
  • Key accounts – support key accounts and its designated managers.
  • Being the interface between company International and the local organization;
  • Responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales and Gross Profit for the assigned countries;
  • Strong knowledge of the market, the competition and the processes at company and in local organizations (SCs, representatives);
  • Understand market behavior, local business relevant legislations and customs regulations;
  • Establishment of effective sales channels, considering the entire portfolio;
  • Responsible person and driving force for the implementation of country specific business plans, sales strategies and creation of performance evaluation.
  • Responsible for the follow up of agreed actions – Follow-up on inquiries and actions, support payment collection;
  • Develop solutions to improve processes together with local colleagues;
  • Intensive support of the local organization in customer acquisition – Intensive support in helping generate business opportunities (lead generation);
  • Support the implementation of customer segmentation marketing and sales – Customer care, active promotion of customer loyalty measures, show that is the right partner;
  • Price negotiations (e.g. local purchase prices) for customers/reps/organizations, under the guidance of the Head of Department /Function owner, including GRP contracts;
  • Sales coordination with other Sales Centers (international projects – Execution of seminars for customers/reps;
  • Training for employees of local organizations in technical, commercial and market aspects;
  • Support of Internal Sales Engineers (ISE) in daily business and in execution of projects;
  • Support, if necessary, in logistical matters e.g. order processing and commercial topics e.g. payment conditions, contract reviews and so on;
  • Implementation of an efficient Reporting system according to requirements, e. g. Salesforce.com.
