Sales Engineer


  • Identification of customers,
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with customers,
  • Preparing and making presentations for customers,
  • Preparing and presenting TCO calculation and application analysis,
  • Handling objections, closing the sale,
  • Managing the payments and follow up the delivery and commissioning.
  • Sales Engineer should manage the territory and competition and provide to potential customers a consultative approach with well-formulated proposals that align with product benefits and features for their requirements.


  • A highly motivated person with good knowledge of the construction and mining market;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers;
  • Ability to make the application analysis, cost of ownership calculation and present it to customer;
  • Sales/mining work experience not less than 3 years;
  • Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis;
  • University degree or similar, technical and sales oriented;
  • Excellent command of Russian language and solid written and spoken English is a must;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Driving license.
