This year, Smart Solutions celebrates its 17th anniversary.
Seventeen years of solutions, challenges, and growth. The journey has taken many forms—sometimes difficult, sometimes fast-paced—but always meaningful. Over this time, the company has grown from a small team of like-minded people into an international group operating across multiple markets, proving every day that HR can be human, modern, and truly effective.
At the heart of all these years lies an unwavering belief in people. This belief has united Smart Solutions from day one and continues to do so today.
From an Idea to an International Scale
Everything began in Ukraine in 2009 with a simple yet bold idea: to create a company that provides comprehensive HR services while remaining human-centered and open. The first major milestone was a partnership with an international brand—a manufacturer of finishing materials for the construction industry. This collaboration set the pace for further growth and gave the team confidence to move forward.
Over time, Abbott, Tikkurila, FM Logistic, Auchan, Metro, Henkel, Mars, and other international brands joined the company’s portfolio. Step by step, Smart Solutions strengthened its position among market leaders.
Today, Smart Solutions is part of Eclectic Talents Group—an international outsourcing ecosystem that helps businesses worldwide focus on their core objectives by taking over secondary and routine business processes. This partnership has given the company a broader perspective on global market needs and the opportunity to scale its expertise internationally.
Expansion in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Europe
On June 29, 2012, Smart Solutions opened its office in Kazakhstan—marking the starting point for expansion into Central Asia and the beginning of cooperation with GTI, Microsoft, and HP.
Over the years, the Kazakhstan office evolved from a local representative office into a hub center coordinating operations across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Today, Smart Solutions in Kazakhstan represents international-level expertise, supporting both local and global companies and scaling HR solutions to meet the realities of fast-growing markets.
In 2017, the company launched its proprietary product, Staff Tool, strengthening the technological component of its services.
Following Kazakhstan, offices were opened in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia. In 2021–2022, the company set its sights on Europe and opened branches in Poland.
Even during the most challenging times of the war in Ukraine, Smart Solutions never put development on hold. Today, the Kazakhstan office stands as a symbol of the company’s international resilience and readiness to meet challenges of any scale.
The People Behind the Company
This journey would not have been possible without a strong team.
In 2010, Tetiana Skachko joined Smart Solutions and now leads the Central Asia direction. In 2014, Artem Nikishov joined the company and is now CEO of Eclectic Talents Group. Together with the team, they shaped a shared vision of growth—focusing on expertise, continuous learning, and a culture of trust, responsibility, and stability.
Teams in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and the Caucasus are united by common principles: accountability for results, deep expertise and professionalism, and a readiness to take initiative and find solutions.

Consistent effort has delivered tangible results.
In 2016–2018, Smart Solutions was included in rankings of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. In 2019, the company was named HR Provider of the Year by the Ukrainian People’s Award.
In 2024, Smart Solutions acquired STAFFERTY, a top-5 HR provider in Ukraine within its segment. That same year, the HR Brand Ukraine Award joined Eclectic Talents Group. Since then, Smart Solutions has been its permanent partner—sharing a common ambition not just to operate in the market, but to shape its future by developing HR culture and promoting advanced talent management practices.
