Smart Solutions at WOW!HR CENTRAL ASIA 2023
On October 9, 2023, a significant event in the field of HR took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Almaty – the final of the international business award WOW!HR CENTRAL ASIA. Seventeen participants competed in six categories (DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, BE COOL, HR HERO, etc.), and, of course, the strongest emerged victorious. The judging process was highly transparent: in the first round, nominees were chosen by the participants themselves, and in the second round – by all attendees registered for the event.
The event traditionally served as a platform for networking and knowledge exchange among experts in the HR industry. Smart Solutions participated in the event as a partner. Tatiana Skachko, Managing Partner of Smart Solutions Central Asia, was one of the key speakers. With her presentation, she once again demonstrated that Smart Solutions rightfully holds the position of one of the leading HR providers in the region. Tatiana presented the results of a research study dedicated to the current trends in the HR market in Kazakhstan. She concluded her presentation on an optimistic note, highlighting that all the analytics indicate an overall upswing in the labor market and specifically in the HR segment.
The attendees were particularly drawn to the Smart Solutions brand zone, featuring prize giveaways and discussions on pertinent HR management topics. Our booth captivated the majority of the audience, showcasing the high level of organization and preparedness of our staff.
