Smart Solutions at “Human Capital Days in Uzbekistan”

On November 23, 2023, the First International Forum on Human Capital Development took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Held within the walls of Hilton Tashkent City, the event brought together leading representatives from recruiting and consulting companies, CEOs and HRDs of major businesses, as well as industry experts. Smart Solutions was represented at the event by Business Development Manager, Dana Abdigali. 

The Forum’s rich program included speeches by speakers in plenary and panel sessions, live discussions, and roundtable discussions. Among the most relevant topics discussed in the field of human capital were the impact of labor migration in the CIS countries on the regional labor market, global trends in the labor market, talent and efficiency management, the strategic role of HR transformation for business, the development of engineering and technical personnel, and more.

Dana Abdigali’s presentation on “Effective Recruitment and Staff Adaptation in Retail” generated genuine interest among the participants as it addressed important aspects of modern retail.
