Smart Solutions Club Meeting: private tour and New Year’s Eve dinner
On December 13, the Smart Solutions Club and the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater organized a unique event—a private tour and pre-New Year dinner at the theater.
Guests had a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of one of Almaty’s oldest and most prestigious cultural landmarks. That evening, they delved into the world of theater from the inside: they explored the historic foyers, visited the front-row boxes, peeked into the technical backstage areas, and learned about the development of opera and ballet. Participants also had the chance to witness an exclusive rehearsal of the troupe, immersing themselves in the unparalleled atmosphere of the creative process. It was a true dive into the art world, allowing attendees to see how the theater operates from the inside and experience the magic that fills the stage during every performance.
The evening concluded with a business dinner at the Afisha restaurant, where, together with Smart Solutions General Director Tatyana Skachko, the participants reviewed the year’s outcomes, discussed key changes in Kazakhstan’s business environment, and shared forecasts and plans for 2025.
“Smart Club meetings are an excellent opportunity to develop business and professional connections and exchange experiences. Participants share insights and market visions, practical knowledge, listen to colleagues and experts, and find new ideas for business development. Such events not only broaden horizons but also help strengthen business relationships, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the companies involved in the club,” – shared Tatyana Skachko, General Director of Smart Solutions Central Asia.
The Smart Club creates a space for open dialogue, where company executives and entrepreneurs can adopt best management practices from one another. These gatherings often give rise to partnerships that enable participants to find unconventional solutions and gain support from their peers.
That evening, club members discussed topics such as the specifics of collaboration with neighboring countries and employee motivation—a factor that consistently remains critical for sustainable business growth.
Guests noted that such events provide a fresh perspective on current and future trends, and in an atmosphere of lively communication and trust, ideas are born that help build successful projects and develop their teams
