Tatyana Skachko Spoke at a Panel Discussion at the Business Forum in Uzbekistan

On May 28–29, 2025, the International PLUS-Forum Digital Uzbekistan was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This event served as a key platform for experience exchange among representatives of fintech, banking, GovTech, the crypto industry, retail, and e-commerce.

The forum brought together experts from Central Asia, the EAEU, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North and South America. Participants discussed key development areas such as digitalization of the economy, infrastructure and financial services, the implementation of Open Banking, the application of artificial intelligence, and the transformation of HR strategies.

Tatyana Skachko, General Manager of Smart Solutions Central Asia, took part as a speaker in a panel discussion, where she addressed pressing topics in the HR field: how companies shape their EVP (Employee Value Proposition), how candidate expectations are evolving, and how AI is transforming recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
