Account Technologist

Responsibilities:

  • You generate business insights based on basic customer, small internal teams, and company’s products to provide input into planning processes.
  • You learn about customer needs and begin advising on solutions and positioning capabilities.
  • You build and maintain competitive knowledge about company’s solutions in alignment with customer goals.
  • You act as the voice of the customer (VOC), industry, and internal advocate.
  • You provide analysis of overall customer business gaps and how company’s technologies address them.
  • You ensure the execution of technology strategy and/or digital transformation during strategy execution.
  • You build a technical engagement or enablement plan, capture baselines, and drive envisioning to support mid-term business plans.
  • You contribute to the translation of an understanding of the customer’s business goals to develop technology architecture components.
  • You identify customer issues, create demand, and identify opportunities to uncover new solutions.
  • You create and maintain opportunity initiation in partnership with the Specialist and Partner teams, and work with peers to map company’s priorities to opportunities.
  • You contribute to technology/transformation with the customer.
  • You drive conversations with enterprise customers that present the strategic relationship between company’s solutions, competitor solutions, and the customer’s business goals.
  • You drive mapping and account planning through internal teams.
  • You influence technology virtual teams to use customer-focused technical architecture and support the development of enablement plans.
  • You creates security thought leadership with the customer’s executives (e.g., technical decision maker/business decision maker) using the company Security and Zero Trust narratives and engage TDM and BDM stakeholders to position security as a business enabler and instill a security mindset in all aspects of the customer’s technology landscape.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience.
  • Professional experience with Azure or/and other clouds such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform incl Security.
  • External Customer-facing role experience with ability to clearly articulate in written and orally.
  • Leading successful projects in multi functional environment.
  • Strong & positive growth mindset, diverse & inclusion culture.
  • Proficiency in English.
