Responsibilities:
- Formation of management reporting (sales reports).
- Work with import from the Russian Federation (customs union). Timely and correct reporting in the form 328.00 and statistical report 1TS.
- Work with banks, including registration and accounting of payment documents.
- Work in online banking.
- Processing of primary documents and entering data into accounting registers.
- Control of transactions with counterparties, execution of reconciliation acts, invoices for payment and other related documentation.
- Formation of advance reports in 1C.
- Control over the timely transfer of taxes and fees to the budgets of all levels.
- Preparation of internal reporting at the request of management.
Requirements:
- Profile higher education (accounting, economics).
- Age up to 40 years.
- Work experience in the specialty from 1 year.
- Experience in working with imports, with non-residents will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of legislation on accounting, taxes and fees; on official statistics; customs, budget, currency legislation.
- Confident knowledge of 1C Accounting 8.3, ZUP 8.3, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Ability to work in Client-Bank systems.
