Deputy HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Creation of a highly professional HR department, implementation of HR management processes from scratch.
- Implementation of an effective recruitment and adaptation process and the formation of staff in accordance with the recruitment plan, improving the quality of recruitment.
- Reducing staff turnover by forming a competitive compensation package, as well as reforming the remuneration system, introducing short-term incentive programs.
- Creation, promotion and development of corporate culture and values in the Company; development of two-way communication between management and employees.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, organization management.
- Experience as a HR Manager/HR Director from 3+ years in a large manufacturing company.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Expert knowledge and experience in recruitment, conducting interviews, organizing the process of adaptation, training and staff development.
