Responsibilities:
- Search and hiring of personnel and adaptation of new employees.
- Coordinating the work of HR service providers (including leading the tender for services, maintaining document management).
- Control and organization of personnel records management, including conducting the IRS process.
- Control and organization of the compensation and benefits process.
- Maintaining an internal database, internal systems (SAP, Success Factors).
- Leading HR activities and projects.
- Advising employees on internal processes and policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Higher education in specialized areas: management, human resource management, law, economics.
- Knowledge and experience in applying the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at the advanced user level.
- Experience with SAP systems, Success Factors will be an added advantage.
- English level Intermediate.
