Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the necessary package of documents to the authority for conformity assessment of products and services for registration of type approval of the vehicle;
  • Submission of the required package of documents to an expert organization to obtain a certificate of origin of goods CT-KZ and other certificates/documents required for the Company’s activities as a domestic manufacturer in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Development and maintenance of the register according to the issued certification documents;
  • Conducting written and oral negotiations with certification bodies;
  • Conducting business correspondence with all related divisions of the company;
  • Prepares an application for certification in accordance with the established rules and submits it on behalf of the enterprise or the customer to the certification body;
  • Work with suppliers and transport companies on the supply of machinery and equipment and customs clearance;
  • Carry out work on logistics (preparation of export / import documents using the SAP system and their timely provision to the supplier and carrier, provide shipping documents to the broker in a timely manner before the arrival of the goods, control the delivery of spare parts, organize and control customs clearance of goods);
  • Provide authorized persons with information on the import of goods;
  • Organization of transportation of the car on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Monitor the arrival of shipments and notify authorized persons/employees;
  • Submit reports and claims for incomplete/incorrect shipments;
  • Provide reports to the manager on incoming information, improvements made, problems encountered, and work done;
  • Prepare and store in proper form all documents, written communications (contracts, fax, mail, reports, etc.);
  • Carry out other instructions given by the line manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
  • Experienced Excel user (pivot tables, weekly reports, data analysis);
  • Experience of 2 years in international logistics and foreign economic activity of import and export.
