Responsibilities:

  • Leading the full cycle of the organization’s sourcing and recruitment process from talent acquisition, organizing and conducting recruitment to onboarding a new employee.
  • Key user of Success Factors system.
  • Designing and implementing staff training and development programs.
  • Leading the succession program. Key user of LMS training accounting system.
  • Center of expertise on performance appraisal process for the organization.
  • Management of internal communications.
  • Maintain document management for vendors providing services.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of 4 years or more in the role of assessor, assessment center for the areas stated above.
  • Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level and above.
