Responsibilities:
- Leading the full cycle of the organization’s sourcing and recruitment process from talent acquisition, organizing and conducting recruitment to onboarding a new employee.
- Key user of Success Factors system.
- Designing and implementing staff training and development programs.
- Leading the succession program. Key user of LMS training accounting system.
- Center of expertise on performance appraisal process for the organization.
- Management of internal communications.
- Maintain document management for vendors providing services.
Requirements:
- Experience of 4 years or more in the role of assessor, assessment center for the areas stated above.
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level and above.
