Smart Solutions at the HR Brand Central Asia Awards
On April 24, 2025, Smart Solutions took part in one of the key events of the HR sector in the region — the award ceremony of the HR Brand Central Asia 2024, held in Almaty. This year, the event gathered over 60 projects from 48 companies from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, showcasing a high level of HR initiatives in the region.
We participated as partners of the awards and presented our stand, which became one of the brightest and most memorable.
The central element of the stand was a ballerina performance — a symbol of the synergy between art and technology. Guests also participated in a lottery with prize draws, receiving live emotions and valuable prizes.
The conference actively discussed HR trends in Central Asia, which are rapidly transforming — companies are increasingly implementing technologies, developing talents, digitalizing processes, and building strong HR brands. We were particularly inspired by cases that addressed cultural changes, team sustainability, thoughtful onboarding, and genuine care for employees.
