Smart Solutions took part in Human Capital Days

On May 23-24, Smart Solutions participated in the III International Human Capital Development Forum, Human Capital Days, held in Astana.

HR experts, service providers, HR managers, representatives of government agencies and universities, as well as employers from large and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan, were speakers at the forum, which focused on human capital development across various industries.

Key topics discussed at the forum included digital transformation in HR, corporate training and staff development, how to become an employer people don’t want to leave, the role of HR branding in internal and external communications, the labor market, and the quality of human capital in Kazakhstan under current conditions, among many others.

A distinctive trend at this conference was the significant emphasis on the psychological support of company employees and combating burnout. Modern business and working with people are becoming increasingly human-centered. This shift is largely due to the numerous stress factors present today, leading to quick burnout among individuals.

To prevent this, HR specialists are paying considerable attention to employees, using various psychological and coaching tools in their work, implementing mentoring systems, and more. Additionally, a roundtable was held where participants discussed HR strategies in the industrial sector, new approaches and technologies in personnel management, staffing shortages, and bridging generational gaps.

Tatiana Skachko, Managing Partner of Smart Solutions and Head of Business in Central Asia and the Caucasus, spoke at the forum on the topic: “The Efficiency of Outsourcing in HR.” She explained how, by utilizing HR outsourcing, our company handles all administrative tasks, allowing our clients to focus on the strategic aspects of their business.

In my presentation, I wanted to highlight the need for HR professionals to discuss the effectiveness of HR outsourcing, as the world is rapidly changing, and it’s crucial to stay updated. As a provider of HR services, we constantly monitor the latest trends and actively incorporate them into our work to ensure the highest level of service for our clients,” – shared Tatiana Skachko.

Additionally, participants attended workshops on 4D leadership, team selection for optimal performance, burnout prevention, and the creation of project team management systems.

The forum provided Smart Solutions with the opportunity to learn about new trends in human capital development and share its own experience in implementing modern HR practices.
