Summary of the “Smart Solutions Club” meeting

On September 20, another Smart Solutions Club event, “Business & Golf Day,” took place at one of the world’s top golf clubs, Zhailau. The event was designed for top managers and business leaders from Central Asia and the international business community.

Amidst the scenic landscapes of the club, guests participated in practical golf sessions on two training fields, guided by professional golf instructors from the Academy. They learned the basics of the game, its rules, and unique features.

The business part of the evening continued with an interactive discussion, during which Smart Solutions Club participants talked about the specifics of building executive teams, shared personal experiences, and offered practical advice. We discussed the situation in the Kazakh labor market and the hidden aspects of recruiting and integrating top managers into teams.

“We are developing this club format for our clients and partners primarily to give them the opportunity to network, ask direct questions, or seek recommendations for working with complex cases and market challenges. In the evening, guests enjoyed a cozy dinner prepared by the COUNTRY CLUB restaurant chef, networking, and pleasant surprises from the organizers.
