Responsibilities:
- Development, coordination and implementation of a certified brand of used cars
- Monitoring the fulfillment of customer promises in dealerships;
- Develop a used car business strategy (retaining certified vehicles);
- In cooperation with the marketing team, plan a communication calendar;
- Budget preparation and management;
- Managing partnerships with suppliers;
- Provide recommendations and constructive feedback to management;
- Initiate marketing research, analyze their results;
- Used car sales planning: annual, monthly;
- Implement 360 used car sales reports;
- Evaluate the overall efficiency of the dealer business, provide advice;
- Develop sustainable organizational policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Automotive business (preferably), retail sales – more than 5 years of proven experience;
- Knowledge of business principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation and people coordination;
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of promotion and sale of goods or services;
- Familiarity with statistical analysis;
- Non-standard thinker;
- A strong employee capable of working with internal stakeholders;
- Strong business planning, analysis and organization skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
- Spoken and written English at an advanced level is a must.
