  • Development, coordination and implementation of a certified brand of used cars
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of customer promises in dealerships;
  • Develop a used car business strategy (retaining certified vehicles);
  • In cooperation with the marketing team, plan a communication calendar;
  • Budget preparation and management;
  • Managing partnerships with suppliers;
  • Provide recommendations and constructive feedback to management;
  • Initiate marketing research, analyze their results;
  • Used car sales planning: annual, monthly;
  • Implement 360 used car sales reports;
  • Evaluate the overall efficiency of the dealer business, provide advice;
  • Develop sustainable organizational policies and practices.



  • Automotive business (preferably), retail sales – more than 5 years of proven experience;
  • Knowledge of business principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation and people coordination;
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of promotion and sale of goods or services;
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis;
  • Non-standard thinker;
  • A strong employee capable of working with internal stakeholders;
  • Strong business planning, analysis and organization skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
  • Spoken and written English at an advanced level is a must.
