Responsibilities:
- All administrative control of the director’s working hours;
- Planning and maintaining the manager’s calendar;
- Communication with clients and partners;
- Organization of business trips, travel support;
- Assistance in organizing events and meetings, preparing presentations;
- Selection and structuring of information for the manager;
- Performing other business tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of excel, word, power point; google spreadsheets;
- Very scrupulous and attentive to details when performing work;
- Possessing LOGICAL THINKING to work as an independent unit;
- Reactivity, activity, pragmatism;
- Curiosity, proactivity and demonstrating the approach of a business partner;
- Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian is required;
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
