Responsibilities:

  • General management of employees and processes within the department.
  • Participation in the selection, adaptation and training of new employees of the department.
  • Customer base development.
  • Formation of a sales plan and control of its implementation.
  • Control of accounts receivable.
  • After-sale service.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience of active sales of services / goods in the B2B market for at least 2 years (welcome if with IT products).
  • Successful team management experience of at least 2 years.
  • Ability to develop sales plans, development forecasts and independently monitor their implementation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
