Responsibilities:
- General management of employees and processes within the department.
- Participation in the selection, adaptation and training of new employees of the department.
- Customer base development.
- Formation of a sales plan and control of its implementation.
- Control of accounts receivable.
- After-sale service.
Qualifications:
- Experience of active sales of services / goods in the B2B market for at least 2 years (welcome if with IT products).
- Successful team management experience of at least 2 years.
- Ability to develop sales plans, development forecasts and independently monitor their implementation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
