Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise.
- Leading all processes related to compensation and benefits.
- Coordinating the company’s HR record keeping (KDP service is outsourced) and compliance with RoK labor laws.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Key user of HR systems (SAP, Hamilton, remuneration system), etc.
- Maintain document flow for vendors providing services.
Requirements:
- Experience of 4 years or more in the role of expert, assessment center in the areas stated above.
- Knowledge of English at the level of Upper Intermediate and above.
