  • Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise.
  • Leading all processes related to compensation and benefits.
  • Coordinating the company’s HR record keeping (KDP service is outsourced) and compliance with RoK labor laws.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Key user of HR systems (SAP, Hamilton, remuneration system), etc.
  • Maintain document flow for vendors providing services.



  • Experience of 4 years or more in the role of expert, assessment center in the areas stated above.
  • Knowledge of English at the level of Upper Intermediate and above.
