Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise.
Leading all processes related to compensation and benefits.
Coordinating the company’s HR record keeping (KDP service is outsourced) and compliance with RoK labor laws.
Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Key user of HR systems (SAP, Hamilton, remuneration system), etc.
Maintain document flow for vendors providing services.

Requirements:

Experience of 4 years or more in the role of expert, assessment center in the areas stated above.
Knowledge of English at the level of Upper Intermediate and above.
