Responsibilities:
- Drive & ensure successful local setup, execution and reporting of digital campaigns in channels like SEA / Video / Display / Social Media / Native / E-Commerce.
- Identifying patient insights, behaviours and content that will drive engagement, acquisition and ultimately brand loyalty.
- Responsibility for all Websites in regards of SEO, Content and Structure.
- Steer and challenge external agencies to ensure adequate execution of campaigns and activities.
- Sharing digital knowledge and tools within company.
- Establish a basic digital understanding so that brand managers can interpret and evaluate digital campaigns.
- Be the first contact point for the global digital transformation Team in digital topics.
- Regular analysis of digital success models, both within and outside the pharmaceutical market, and evaluation of their transferability to our business model.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related program or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience managing campaigns / working in the digital marketing.
- Proven experience with developing new campaigns, executing and auditing established campaigns and provide recommendations and solutions to improve performance.
- Experience managing external agency partners.
- Identifying improvements, online trends and advancements in the digital space that can be integrated back into the digital strategy.
- Have a genuine passion for digital and a natural curiosity about the development of the area.
- Good understanding of business KPI’s and solution orientation.
- Good knowledge of CMS systems like Drupal or others.
- Experience with Analytic Tools like Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
