Responsibilities:

• Set up, direct, control and manage all financial activities in Kazakhstan including accounting, controlling, consolidation, treasury and tax.
• Manage the forecast and the annual planning process.
• Review and approve on a permanent basis financial reports in compliance with IFRS, Group Reporting Standards and tax authority requirements.
• Review and approve tender documents like price analysis and contracts.
• Manage the KPI Reporting (Cement, RMX, Aggregates and SSC).
• Support the integration of the Kazakh organisation with Italcementi operations.
• Manage the main insurances.
• Ensure efficient operation of the SSC providing central services (e.g. accounting, payroll) to all business lines in the country.

Qualifications: 

• University degree (Master) in business administration or economy with focus on finance.
• 10 or more years professional experience as Finance Director or in a similar role.
• Technical competence in both financial and management reporting with a solid working knowledge of international accounting rules.
• Expertise in SAP-applications is an advantage.
• English: upper – intermediate.
