Responsibilities:

• Full P&L planning and budgeting: sales to operating profit;
• Financial business partnership to local management and Brand teams;
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting;
• Actual vs Budget analysis, including preparation of detailed monthly analysis of expenditures by type and by cost centers, variance analysis of the indicators incorporated in the budget, as well as indicators of previous periods;
• Analysis of profitability (for each of the clients of the Employer, each point-of-sale customers of the Employer, the activities and lines of products, etc.);
• Cost controlling and approval of use of budget;
• Planning and control of fixed assets, payback calculation;
• Assisting to the Brand management & financial manager in the various financial and other business projects;
• Participation in the preparation of a three-year business plan;
• Support of accuracy of records in managerial reporting: encoding accounts and other similar documents in collaboration with the accounting and other departments of the Employer;
• Preparation of presentations for Budget meetings;
• Participation in the conduct of internal audit.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance/economics;
• 3+ years of successful experience on Finance dept within international company;
• Solid experience in budgeting, strong IFRS knowledge to clearly explain to Brand HQ and auditors;
• Fluent English (upper-intermediate) is a must;
• Excellent in Excel / PowerPoint;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ready to commit and not afraid of extra-hours due to reporting and brand’s requests.
