General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop mutually profitable and beneficial business in Kazakhstan.
  • Identify upcoming business issues and either mitigate them or turn into opportunities.
  • Contribute to the Regional Business Strategy and alignment with Global and Regional teams, Marketing, Operations and other relevant departments.
  • General management (contract management, supply and logistics processes etc.).
  • Management and support to the local team to ensure success.
  • Contact with local authorities on behalf of the Company.

 

Requirements:

  • Master degree (preferably in Economics or BA).
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and budgeting and willingness to improve these knowledges.
  • Experience with different sales channels (retail/specialized retail will be an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Confident English.
