Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the growth of sales volumes, market share and expansion of the company’s product range by expanding direct coverage, assortment and availability.
- Plan distribution strategies and events based on market data and ensure their implementation.
- Maximizing sales of new products through distribution strategies and cooperation with the distributor.
- Effective cooperation with the distributor’s branches and the regional team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Organization and management of the distributor’s activities, as well as tracking and analyzing the results in order to identify and formulate key problems/opportunities for business growth.
- Building productive relationships with key trading partners to increase loyalty to the company’s brands and activities.
- Organization of marketing programs and events.
Requirements:
- Work experience in tobacco companies.
- Managerial experience.
- Language: Advanced English.
- Knowledge of applications for the sales information system.
