Responsibilities:
- Manage the personnel process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring and adaptation.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs.
- Creating a KPI strategy for all employees based on market research and salary.
- Maintain organizational charts of the company.
- Create and maintain personnel management systems and processes.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HR manager.
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and prioritize correctly.
- Good computer skills with standard software such as Word, Excel.
