Responsibilities:

  • Manage the personnel process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring and adaptation.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs.
  • Creating a KPI strategy for all employees based on market research and salary.
  • Maintain organizational charts of the company.
  • Create and maintain personnel management systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a HR manager.
  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode and prioritize correctly.
  • Good computer skills with standard software such as Word, Excel.
