Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and keep in touch with the customer’s representative(s), customer service manager(s), suppliers and other team members to provide the best solution that meets the needs and requests of customers;
- Ensure that the decision(s) are provided to the responsible team member(s) within a certain period of time;
- Build and promote strong, long-term relationships with customers by collaborating with them and understanding their needs;
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that will expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Manage the sales process from planning to completion, including bid management, bid preparation and submission process;
- Act as a contact person for designated clients;
- Collaborate with customer representatives, vendor, suppliers and internal team members to ensure that the created solution meets the needs of customers;
- Organize a seminar(s) and/or trainings for the customer on new products and a portfolio of solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Telecommunications, Electrical engineering and/or Electronic Engineering;
- Experience in telecommunications networks and related technical solutions for mobile and fixed-line operators;
- Deep knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong self-management and time management skills.
