Responsibilities:

• Defines the strategy of the Supply Chain Management Department.
• Responsible for customer service processes.
• Responsible for the availability of inventory by warehouse and for the company as a whole in accordance with the established OTIF service level. 
• Responsible for organizing warehouse logistics processes.
• Responsible for organizing customer service processes.
• Responsible for organizing transportation logistics processes.
• Develops and implements cost reduction projects for the Department on a regular basis.
• Implements projects to automate logistics processes.
• Creates policies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all logistics processes in the company.
• Monitors compliance with procedures implemented in the company’s logistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree .
• High level of competence in the field of personnel management experience in managing teams of 30 or more employees.
• In-depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Demand Planning.
• Knowledge in the field of warehouse logistics with an extensive network of warehouses from 10 warehouses.
• Knowledge of English – upper intermediate.
