Responsibilities:
- Expert assistance to business on compensation and benefits, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of organization and remuneration.
- Audit compliance of the accrued PO with the budget, motivation systems and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Audit the effectiveness of motivation systems and compliance with labor market trends.
- Implement and monitor compliance with organizational structure standards.
- Conduct annual and spot-on-demand monitoring of the labor market, including participation in salary surveys.
- To carry out budgeting and analysis of the effectiveness of expenses on the FOT. Develop measures to optimize costs.
- Monthly HR reporting and HR analytics.
- Reporting on employees employed through outstaffing.
- Participation in the salary review.
Requirements:
- High expertise in compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory documents on remuneration, skills in developing local regulations.
- Skills of economic analysis of the efficiency of the use of expenses on the photo.
- Experience as a compensation manager with a large amount of information from 3 years.
- Knowledge of Excel at the level of a progressive user – pivot tables, charts, complex formulas (VPR, array formulas, search for pos, etc.).
- 1C:8.3 (or 8.2) at the level of an experienced user – staffing, standard 1C reports.
