Key Account Manager


  • Providing entry and exit point functionality for partners in Uzbekistan on all issues related to the maintenance and development of joint business, solving emerging difficulties and controversial issues within the framework of tasks approved by the company;
  • Preparation and execution of a package of shipping documents, support of projects and transactions;
  • Keeping records of work with assigned clients in the corporate ERP/CRM system on an ongoing basis;
  • Working with accounts receivable and ensuring timely fulfillment of mutual obligations with partners;
  • Direct participation in the implementation of the company’s targets in key business areas;
  • Performing the function of the main contact person of the company with the selected key partners;
  • Development and support of strong, trusting relationships with partners, coordination of activities with all stakeholders of the partner and the company on a mutually beneficial basis. Identification of business growth factors;
  • Implementation and visits to the partner at least once a quarter for face-to-face meetings to resolve issues, analyze and identify needs, opportunities and problem points;
  • Description of the results in CRM, sales leads, sales projects in IT4Profit within a week after such a meeting;
  • Project management from the stage of proposals to placing orders;
  • Ensuring timely delivery of selected products to partners;
  • Setting goals, reaching agreements with partners based on the requirements of the client and supplier. Weekly monitoring of scheduled tasks, quality control of weekly sales, reports of designated partners by mail to suppliers and our company;
  • Making sales forecasts and updates on a weekly basis based on PSI analysis. Involvement of partners and, if necessary, their managers in the process of buyers in order to increase their accountability and responsibility. Make sure that sales forecasts are transparent to the partner’s key stakeholders;
  • Price control in the market;
  • Control of the partner’s open account and timely payments;
  • Registration of the sale (contacts, SO, WO, approval of credit lines with the financial department);
  • Monitoring the implementation of marketing activities and the initiative of certain promotions for the account (sale of old stock).



  • Work experience in IT distribution or IT retail (knowledge and understanding of the market and players) will be an advantage;
  • High level of Soft Skills;
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques;
  • Diligence, discipline, thoroughness-diligence in work, diligence and independence;
  • Analytical skills, time management;
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multitasking environment (the position implies working with a large number of tasks);
  • Knowledge of the procurement and sales process, assortment management, inventory;
  • Ability to make decisions independently, to argue your point of view;
  • Education/profile, if necessary;
  • Technical/Economic higher education.
