Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate accounting and tax report filing from HR vendor, Finance vendor and other Admin vendors, ensure reports are signed on time in the system.
- Submit expense report for director’s corporate card transactions.
- Support the management of the local corporate card programmes for employees of the Office.
- Assist in visa application process and provide support for foreign employees.
- Register foreign employees online every time they arrive in the country.
- Ensure all office related supplies and services are provided.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all hygiene and safety measures are in place.
- Responsible for health and safety, attend HSE quarterly calls and ensure all reporting is submitted on time.
- Provide updates to Facilities team and liaise with landlord and facility management vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education: University, Finance/Accounting/Management.
- Foreing Language: English Advanced level, Russian and Kazakh – native, Turkish – preferrable.
- Ability: Analytical mind, Management Skills, Communication Skills.
- Skills: MS Excel advanced user, confident user of PC and MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Power point, MS Teams, Zoom applications.
